Tuition and Fees

The course fee includes the following expenses:

• Tuition for the course
• Tuition for the pre-course, online learning component
• Accommodation in twin rooms (including breakfast, wifi) at **** Marriott Courtyard Prague Flora hotel near the centre of Prague – Lucemburska 46, Prague 3, 13000 – (check in July 9th and check out July 24th)
• City transportation pass for Prague
• Select group social event
• 21% VAT.

The course fee does NOT include the following expenses:

• Transportation to Prague
• Lunch and dinner in Prague (other than those indicated in curriculum)
• Visa fees (if applicable), travel and health insurance, or personal expenses.

Payment dates

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, applicants of the course are encouraged to process pay the course tuition accordingly.

Cancellation by you

Please note the cancellation terms before making any payment or applying for the course:

Before paying the deposit: No cancellation fee

After paying the deposit:

• Until January 31, 2022 … 25% cancellation fee
• Between February 1 and April 30, 2022 … 50% cancellation fee
• After May 1, 2022 … 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation by TOL

In the unlikely event that TOL cancels the course we will refund 100% of the payments that we have received from you.
