Tuition and Fees
Standard Fee: € 1,185 or US $1,595
The course fee includes the following expenses:
- Tuition for the course
- Tuition for the pre-course, online learning component
- Accommodation (including breakfast) at a hotel in Prague
- City transportation pass for Prague
- Select group social events.
The course fee does NOT include the following expenses:
- Transportation to Prague
- Lunch and dinner in Prague
- Visa fees (if applicable), travel and health insurance, or personal expenses.
Payment dates
To confirm your place on the course, we need to receive a 50% deposit payment by November 1, 2014. Places are allocated on a first-come, first served basis. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than December 15, 2014.

Cancellation by you
Please note the cancellation terms before making any payment or applying for the course:
Before paying the deposit: No cancellation fee
After paying the deposit:
- Until November 15, 2014 … 25% cancellation fee
- Between November 15 and December 1, 2014 … 50% cancellation fee
- After December 1, 2014 … 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation by TOL
In the unlikely event that TOL cancels the course we will refund 100% of the payments that we have received from you.
