Václav Štětka

Václav Štětka is Lecturer in Communication and Media Studies at Loughborough University, UK (since 2016). Before that he was Researcher and Leader of the PolCoRe research group at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague (2013-2016).  Between 2009 and 2013 he was Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Oxford. His research interests encompass political communication and the role of social networking sites, media ownership and journalistic autonomy in Central and Eastern Europe.
