Libby Liu is the President of Radio Free Asia. She also presides over Radio Free Asia’s Internet freedom program, The Open Technology Fund, and BenarNews. Ms. Liu is dedicated to RFA’s mission of providing balanced, objective news to listeners in East Asian countries where such news is unavailable.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California-Berkeley, an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
