Tuition and Fees
Early bird fee: $ 2,700 (Deadline for payment by January 31, 2017)
Standard fee: $ 2,950 (Deadline for payment by March 31, 2017)
The course fee includes the following expenses:
- Tuition for the course
- 21% VAT
- Venue and coffee breaks
- Tuition for the pre-course, online learning component
- City transportation pass for Prague
- Select group social events.
The course fee does NOT include the following expenses:
- Transportation to Prague
- Accommodation
- Meals (other than those indicated in curriculum)
- Visa fees (if applicable), travel and health insurance, or personal expenses.
Payment dates
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, applicants of the course are encouraged to process pay the course tuition accordingly.

Cancellation by you
Please note the cancellation terms before making any payment or applying for the course:
Before paying the deposit: No cancellation fee
After paying the deposit:
- Until November 15, 2016 … 25% cancellation fee
- Between November 16, 2016 – March 31, 2017 … 50% cancellation fee
- After March 31, 2017 … 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation by TOL
In the unlikely event that TOL cancels the course we will refund 100% of the payments that we have received from you.
